		<description>Daryl,

This is such an important subject. Most parents today are forced to make a decision between being home for their families or being at work to support their families. None of us would ever think of leaving small children home alone, but teenagers are left on their own every day.

One of my missions in life is to help parents to find ways to become financially self sufficient, to enable them to be home with their families. I&#039;ve had the great fortune to be able to work from home and have a great sense of peace of mind knowing where my kids are and what they&#039;re doing after school. It&#039;s incredibly liberating!</description>

<description>Thank you Ken for your compliments and interaction. Congratulations on having 5 children, wow I couldn&#039;t imagine.

No matter how careful and protective we are, more than 95% of cases, child molesters are known by the parent and the child. Most parents are not informed of the latest tactics that these predators are using.

It doesn&#039;t mean that parents are inadequate, it&#039;s just that child molesters have their own websites and chat rooms and they share information with each other, how not to get caught. Lets don&#039;t ever underestimate them.

		<description>Daryl,

These are some great points about keeping your children safe within the &quot;Trouble hours.&quot; Having 5 kids I&#039;m always looking out for their safety. I&#039;m very fortunate that my wife works only part time and she&#039;s always home when the kids are getting out of school.

I was a latch key kid from the first grade on. I always had to call in as soon as I got home, but I could still do what I wanted for a couple hours. I must admit I did get in a little trouble now and then but not too much. However I could not imagine having my younger kids walking home by themselves.

Thanks for spreading the word about this issue. More people need to hear this.

<description>Great Post, Daryl. My kids are a little bit older, but I never, ever stop worrying about them when they are not at home. I like that you include the older kids here because it&#039;s not just elementary school children that bullying affects. It&#039;s kids of all ages.
