Warning! The following information is true. It is not intended to scare you but to inform you. Far too many parents have the attitude that “It will never happen to my children” and don’t take the necessary steps to prevent it from happening.
- Having your child become missing has surpassed all other ways of losing a child. example: car accident, illness, etc…
- There is a 1 in 100 chance YOUR child will become missing in the next 12 months.
- ID programs, fingerprint cards and DNA kits do nothing to PREVENT your child from becoming missing.
- The Amber Alert does nothing to PREVENT your child from becoming missing.
- Tracking devices do nothing to PREVENT your child from becoming missing.
- 76% of abducted children are dead within 3 hours.
- On average over 2000 children go missing in the US everyday.
- Most children are NOT taken by strangers.
- Since 1982 the missing child problem has increased by over 500%.
- For every crime they are convicted of, child molesters are responsible for 8 others.
- 10,ooo (Ten Thousand) children will go missing next week. The parents of those children know the person who will do it, they just are not aware the person is a predator and don’t know the tactics that are being used against them and their child.

I didn’t know that 76% of children were dead within 3 hours. I will keep that in mind.
Man, I’m loving the new blog look…it’s really killer. You are always bringing some great facts to keep our kids safe.
I’m reminded of a story of this teenager that was taken from a Venture parking lot after work one night. She was never found.
It’s a crazy world we live in and I thank you for helping keep it safer.

Child molesters have their own websites and chat rooms where they teach each other how NOT to get caught.
As parents we need to be proactive NOT reactive when it comes to our child and teens safety.
When we do nothing the statistics grow rapidly, we give the child molesters an advantage and we end up looking for a dead child or teen.
Every person That I’ve asked this question: Do you know any one thats ever been molested? The answer is always yes.
We’re responsible as adults for the safety of all children and teenagers.
