Is Facebook the New Google?
While the masses are doing SEO, PPC, Ezine articles, and Video’s and trying to make it to the top of the first page on Google in their niche, there’s a new sleeping Giant that most people haven’t even considered advertising on…
That sleeping Giant is Facebook.
With 400 million people on Facebook in the world, thats about the same amount of men, women, and children in the USA.
Over 350 thousand new users per day and no sign of slowing down either.
Facebook also gets 39 billion page views per month, more than any website in the world including Google.
Wouldn’t it be great to only target customers most likely to purchase your service or product?
Hold on a moment before you start putting your ads on Facebook…
You’ll want to read and understand Facebooks Terms of Service. Remember this is not Google.
If you would like a new challenge without creating backlinks through articles, video’s etc…then you will want to do your homework and learn how to laser target your audience with Facebook ads.
Then you may want to ask yourself: Is Facebook the new Google?

Hey there Daryl. I dove into FB ads a couple of weeks ago. The big secret about Facebook is that they only monitor one page deep.
So, I would advise everyone to create a sandwich page in between the ad and your capture page. It can just say something like “click here” to get whatever the offer in the ad was.

Facebook is a sleeping BEAST right now, slowly being prodded awake by traditional business advertisers trying their hands at FB marketing… NOW would be the time to cash in as a home business owner, but I haven’t seen any comprehensive facebook ad training programs released for us yet. Know of any?

In many ways Facebook is even better than Google. It’s the best place to start getting cheap highly targeted traffic before moving on to an expensive PPC campaign.
No other platform on Earth can offer such precise laser targeting. The best thing about it is that only 1/20 of the users on Google are using Facebook.
The market is wide open and it’s best to come in and DOMINATE now before everyone else does. I’m using it and starting to have some success with it. It’s only going to get better.

Thank you for the informative post. I have never figured out the Google ads process. I have posted a few ads on Facebook and had no trouble learning how to do so. In addition, it is much more cost effective.
