Hi Daryl,

This is an awesome list and could be used as a “leadership application” to ensure the people you bring into your business are aligned with your goals as well.

It’s really important to ask questions and address any potential business partners concerns or even fears and provide solutions to areas of doubt that may be holding them back.

The first thing I do when discussing my business opportunity with prospective business partners is ask them about their goals, hopes, dreams and desires to make sure we are all on the same page!

It’s important we recruit leaders who will step up to the plate and make a commitment to their personal and the teams success. Great Share!

Hey Daryl, It looks like you really have it going on dude. You’re website is progressing nicely and I think you have put together some very good questions for perspective partners in your business. What a lot of people want is to get as many people signed up as they can and that will in turn generate them a lot of cash, What it does generate is a lot of work for themselves trying to keep these people active.

The secret here is if you screen the people before you sign them up and make sure you can benefit each other and not try to mentor every person that comes along, you will both be able to succeed in achieving the goals that you have set for yourselves and each other.

Some people just are not cut out for it and you can Spend a lot of time convincing them to join you, but at what cost ? The cost of the precious time that you only have so much of…
