Child Internet Filter
Child Internet Filter’s are vitally important in these uncertain times. There are over 704,777 registered sex offenders in the USA according to the National Center For Missing And Exploited Children as of December 8, 2009.
Added to this number there are over 100,000 that fail to register by law after moving and they move often to slow down the process of the Sheriffs office getting their addresses updated into the system.
The parents that I’ve talked to thats never had a problem with these criminals think its no big deal but the ones I’ve talked with that have experienced their child either missing, raped, or killed by a predator, can’t even begin to tell you the hurt and pain that they go through much less their child or teen that had to go through this. Do you know someone thats ever been molested? Every person I’ve ever asked this question says yes.
What are you doing for a child internet filter? Have you done your research? Do you have questions about internet safety software and about how user friendly it is?
Would you like to know where your child and teen hangs out and the websites they go to when they’re online?
Would you like to set time limits and view your childs navigation while they’re on their computer?
Would you like to see who emails your child and who they’re emailing?
What are your top two concerns for your family?
What would you do if your child or teen became missing or ran away or was abducted?
It varies from state to state but some states consider your child as a run away within certain age groups.
Do you have a plan in place if the un-thinkable ever happens to your child?
With over two thousand, one hundred children missing in the USA everyday according to the FBI. These stats will only grow if we’re not proactive. Thats 14,700 missing children and teens per week. Every week!
According to Juvenile Justice there are over 500,000 children missing each year thats not even reported.
Almost everyone has fire insurance. What are the chances of your home burning down?
Whats more precious to you?
Why do most parents wait until something happens before they get involved?
I would never ask all of these questions unless I had a solution. Click here for more information about an effective child internet filter
I would love to hear your thoughts, comments, and feedback below and what measures you’re taking to ensure your childs safety. If you found this information helpful please share with your friends on Twitter and Facebook.

Thank you Aaron for commenting on this sensitive subject. All we have to do is let our guard down for one second and that could be the last time we see our child. We have to teach our children on a daily basis not to scare them but empower them.

Thank you Fredric for your compliments and comments.
If parents don’t become more proactive these statistics will continue to grow exponentially. Most parents don’t do anything until it happens to their child then they get involved.
Remember the old saying? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
